Pennsylvania has opened its solar Sunshine program to state residents and small business owners. The Sunshine program rebates can potentially cover 30% of an installed system cost. When combined with 30% federal tax credits, there is not a better time for a Pennsylvania resident or small business owner to install a solar photovoltaic (PV) system.
